"They posted biopsy results (positive for squamous cell carcinoma) online on a day the office was closed. I called the office many times only to be transferred, transferred again, then told to leave a voicemail. I didn’t get to speak to a doctor until over a week later. This office is unprofessional and cares not for pain & suffering. Not to mention that they grossly misdiagnosed and caused unnecessary mental turmoil. Will not be returning & advise all to look elsewhere for treatment."

"New patient and they called me several times asking me to accept an earlier appointment. I arrived 40 minutes before my appointment and they still took me back to see the Nurse after my scheduled appointment time. The Nurse was nice but FAILED to mention their office policy would only allow them to fill a ONE month script for eczema medication, and that we are REQUIRED to come in for a follow-up appt. in order to receive any refills. So we ran out of medication, called to ask about a refill, only to be denied and informed about their ridiculous office policy for the first time, AFTER our meds ran out! And of course they didn’t have any appts. available right away. The office manager was unpleasant and refused to provide contact details for upper management. No one cared to acknowledge they failed to inform their patient of this policy or even budge to accommodate a NEW patient in need. We will not be returning to this office!"
