"This Lowes has a much better selection of plants than the Lowes near me (closer to downtown Philly), and also the customer service here is amazing. I've never experienced kind Lowes garden center workers, and everyone here was so outwardly kind and nice... like actually enjoying their jobs."

"Customer service excellence! On the downside of my visit in which I come 3 to 4 times a week to look for houseplants. Lowes never has a good selection like some of the other Lowes in different zip codes. Maybe you might try another person to do the house plants orders, someone who loves and knows the trends of house plants seekers. I truly do my best to support my local Lowes here in Lawnside. Food for thought... Home Depot house plants is like "0" you can never come out of there house plant department happy. Over all ... Lowes has the best customer service all around 360!!!"

"Typical lowes lawnside...1230 on on a Sunday and 1 cashier on duty with 10 people in line. Asked manager why they dont have self check out like the home depot a mile away and his response was " this is a high theft area with a lot of minorities" Really ????"

"It's typical of a big concrete box store. I go mainly for plants and odds and ends repair items. Pricey. Plants inside have a year warranty. Save your receipt. Not a big collection of indoor plants this time of year."
