"Horrible horrible stone......We ordered timerlite stone. It is lighter so you end up getting more stone per ton but it also costs twice as much as regular stone. The first pic below is what it should look like and is an actual picture from their site advertising the product. The stone in the sample bin inside the store was beautiful and large pieces like it is supposed to be. Even what was outside in the stone pile was nice. We paid for 2 tons of timberlite and what we got was horrible dirty mix of timberlite stone and rocks and lots of dirt. It was so dirty that it didn't resemble timerlite stone at all. When my husband complained they did come out to look but said that is how it comes from their quarry. He said we just need to keep digging in the pile. Well the more we dug the more dirt we found. There were plastic cup lids and twigs mixed in. The deeper we dug we were shoveling more dirt than stone. I questioned whether it really came from a quarry or a job site they removed the stone from, that' how bad it looked. Horrible. No pride in their product and no customer service. I would like to know if this was delivered to their home would they find it acceptable. If you do get stone from them make sure you verify that what you see in the store is actually what is going to be delivered.
