"Dr. Crivello is an amazing human being! She is so relatable, as a woman, a mom - and she has the BEST personality that makes you feel like you can get through anything. She had the hard job of telling me my tumor was malignant. We all can hate our jobs at points but come on - it's a really hard job telling people they have cancer day in and day out. Or when it's not, seeing the fear in people's eyes and trying to reassure them. No one is perfect and when I read reviews about staff not getting back right away, I have to remind everyone that when you are facing an uncertainty, you are hypersensitive. It's nature. But I can assure you that this center is very attentive, clean, nice and above all - makes you feel like a person and not another case."

"Dr. Dultz is very good but my experience with her office staff is highly pathetic and miserable. You always end up in leaving only voice messages with a hope that your calls will be returned back one day but that day is yet to come. I donot know any alternative methods to reach support staff. Trying since 2 months since Nov 2021. I wish someone from her front office desk reads this message and I get a phone call."

"I don't review publicly,but I had to. Today I had my surgery of Fibroadenoma in my right armpit.And Dr.Crivello was my Doctor. I had an appointment with her 2 weeks ago and when I met her I got the positive vibes from her that she's the best doctor. She comforted me so much and explained everything so well and knowing the need of me having this surgery ASAP, Managed the earliest appointment for me.. I am a dentist myself and I learnt in my school that first thing is to build a rapport with your patients and she managed that really well.
