"I went to this doctor due to their very positive reputation. Although I think they are very knowledgeable I feel they have horrible bedside manner. I went here because I had an abnormality on my mammogram. Although she insisted it was likely nothing she said she would put in a prior authorization for a biopsy, but she insisted that I get one with a titanium clip. I wasn’t to sure about this and although she explained how it was safe I didn’t think it was something I wanted but she said that I was either going to do things her way or she would dismiss me. I was crying and I was just very stressed so I agreed and left. The next day after reading about adverse reactions and possible infections people had, as well as my history with metals in my body creating adverse reactions, I called and told her I didn’t want one with the clip and just wanted the regular biopsy. She then states that I either was going to do things her way or she wouldn’t get my biopsy authorized and that I probably didn’t know what I was talking about. Who are you to try to force something on me that I don’t want. Where is the consent. Seems unethical and rude."
"Dr. Radzio took care of my father when he was diagnosed with breast cancer. He had a mastectomy at Mount Sinai West and she was absolutely amazing. After the surgery she came out to speak to me in the waiting room and told me that she got it all and gave me a big hug. She is incredibly skilled and compassionate. She truly cares about her patients. If god forbid I ever need breast surgery I would go to her myself."
"Wonderful doctor, very educated, knowledgeable and experienced. She knows how to explain the problem very clearly and simply. Friendly and helpful staff. Waiting time less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend"
