"I am taking a medicine for last 15 years. My family doctor asked me to consult Dr Koduri for a specialist checkup and create baseline etc. I was also asked to get future prescriptions from her. Had appointment but never showed up, some other doctor met me. Did all the tests they wanted then asked for prescription (which I mentioned I am taking for decades, without any issue). They refuse to give it. Further they want me to make a office visit again to discuss it. In my experience, they do not seem to care about patient or his needs."

"Dr. Koduri is good and explains everything well but front staff is not helpful at all. I’m waiting for prior authorization for a procedure forever. They have no follow up. I have been calling and getting the standard answer that we sent it in to our billing department whereas they didn’t even submit it. It’s very frustrating for a patient who are already dealing with sickness. There’s no accountability in front staff. They don’t seem to care at all. No courtesy, no professionalism."
