"Do not recommend for mammogram. Each time I went they “weren’t sure” if they saw something or not. In 6 months they put me through 3 mammograms, 2 ultrasounds, 1 biopsy, and 1 MRI. Each would show nothing and they would just keep recommending more tests be done. After the MRI showed nothing, they then recommended a second biopsy. Felt manipulated and used for insurance money. Will never return."

"I was at JFK Imaging Ctr. in Edison in August to do an MRI of my knee. They charged my insurance $3700 plus another $300.00 for who knows what. I could have the same MRI done for $500 paying cash. This place is a total rip-off. I am surprised that the Dept. of Banking and Insurance did not close this place already. If you go there ask for prices upfront. Otherwise, you will be charged 10 times more than you should pay. Even if you have insurance you are responsible for co-pays that can be more than the cash price."

"The receptionist sucked!! I waited over 2 hours and she sucked her teeth at me when I asked how much longer? My mother needed a CT. Unbelievable how much lack of customer care can be exhumed by a staff!!"

"I used to like this place. It's near my house and the women who work there were always friendly, welcoming, and seemed efficient. Also, when I'd call to make an appointment, a HUMAN answered the phone. Since Hackensack Meridian took them over, I can't get a freakin' appointment. I call several times and the computer-generated voice (after 20 minutes of gushing about how HAPPY they are that I called and how IMPORTANT my call is to them) tells me that "the party you are trying to call cannot be reached. Leave a message." WHAT???? I'm going to drive over and see what's up. My low stars reflect the fact that I can't get an appointment, NOT the staff or efficiency of the place, once I get in."

"Technician Marwa is very sweet, compassionate and professional. She took time to explain the procedure to me better than the doctor and google! I did not have family with me, and she was kind enough to ask me multiple times if I’m doing okay or not. Very nice lady !"
