"Dr. Pompy's bedside manner is Zero! She is always on her way out as soon as she walks inside the room. Don't even try to ask any questions, she will sigh and answer reluctantly. Very disappointed with this doctor. The reason you bring your child to the clinic is because he or she is sick, and you have a lot of questions. I don't mind waiting for her, but why couldn't she also wait to answer questions? She just doesn't seem to care about her patients at all."

"If I could give a negative zero I would. Jan from this office is very rude, unprofessional, aggressive and unprofessional. It is clear that she could care less about her job or the patients by the way she speaks. She has a foul attitude and is very condescending on the way she addresses you. I would NEVER deal with her again. The Dr is great but it’s the office staff you deal with the majority of the time. I can NOT deal with rude office staff. Life is too short to deal with miserable people"

"Dr. Mehrotra is kind, caring, and welcoming. I could tell my toddler son liked him, and I wish we could stay with him. However, his front desk staff are so rude, incompetent, and inflammatory, that it just doesn't make it worth it to stay. I don't think the issues can be fixed with training. If the doctor would like to reach out to know more about specific instances, please do."

"I was trying out this pediatric office. The service is terrible. The nurse is older than the whole building. She seems nervous whenever she's working with my child. The doctors are very incompetent one doctor says this and another doctor says this. They don't really handle your concerns well. To them everything is okay. The wait time in the Edison office is absolutely ridiculous and very unorganized. Once they put you in the basement they tend to forget about you. Just know you'll wait about an hour to be seen and about another 30 minuets to and hour."

"Dr Mehrotra practice is decent and convenient for us. Clinic staff is good and kid friendly. Dr. Pompi is also very compassionate and caring. Our go to doctor."
