"Take note of the ridiculous wait time! Friendly staff. I arrived for my 9:45 appointment at 9:35 and proceed to sit in the waiting room for 1 hours and 40 minutes. I don't know if this usual or not but as no-one said it was unusual, I'm going to assume this is the norm. Unclear if they overbook or what??? After being called to the back, I completed my annual mammogram and was seen by the radiologist all within about 15 minutes. The mammographer was thorough, friendly and gentle. The radiologist was professional and brief. No complaints there. When I made my appointment, I asked the scheduler how long she estimated the appointment to arrange childcare and decide where to park. She estimated the appointment would be about 1 hour. Luckily, I didn't get a ticket because I was parked for more than 2 hours."

"I really like the service and attention I got from this facility. The girls in the front are very helpful and the techs are very caring. But they have one problem they have no heat. I was sitting in a waiting area with a gown freezing and I know I was not the only one. A high end facility with no heat in the middle of winter."
