"Flowers were delivered to the wrong address. I credit them for trying to redeliver to right address but it came around 10 pm and to top it off they were not the flowers I ordered. They only offered a 20% refund and thought that was fair even though I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I tried to ask for a full refund but they wouldn’t give it to me. I would not recommend ordering from them. What business thinks it is right to treat their customers like that?"
