"I heard outstanding reviews of this establishment, and was hoping to have a great experience as well, just as everyone else has reviewed this place. I work for a non-profit organization, and was inquiring if Associated Cut Flower would be able to donate flowers for our Mothers Day Celebration for my Senior Center, since one of my co-workers highly recommended this place. The gentleman who answered the phone was short in dialogue, and very disrespectful. I was so shocked that I even double checked to see if I must have dialed a incorrect number. The reviews of this place are outstanding!! I was shocked to say the least. Once the gentleman answered my question, I was dismissed as I was not allowed any business towards this place. I wanted to continue the conversation and see what were the prices for flowers, so, I could purchase flowers myself for my older New Yorkers at the Senior Center I work at. Again, I was cut off and dismissed. I feel as if anyone who has a genuine question that could be answered should be able to ask a question without being disrespected. A true business person would then suggest what the standard prices/sets/etc. are and be straightforward with what a business can and can not accommodate to. I hope no one has this experience, especially when you have bright intentions to give back to your community. Thank you."
