"I enjoyed visiting Zaytinya! It is a fine dining experience but it felt as if it was worth the price! I visited with a friend and we savored 3 dishes, and the food was utterly delightful, despite the slightly smaller portions, it was ample for both of us! Highly recommend trying it out once! I had never had a Shakshuka like the one here, it was simply divine, as were the Brussel Sprouts! P.S. I was offered to use the restroom on the 2nd floor due to a queue at the regular one. It was spotlessly clean and stunning! (Final picture) Love stumbling upon such bathrooms (it’s inside the hotel)"
"The food is great, and authentic according to Beirut resident “taste like home”. Every dish we ordered was delicious. Even the pita was top notch. Very modern and chic ambience. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back."
"We had their weekday three course lunch for $35 which was a good amount of food for the three of us. The pita bread was airy and chewy. The three appetizers we got were beautiful and delicious. The entrees were solid but nothing special. The 4 cookies they give you in little white boxes were delicious. I had two with my coffee and the rest next day. We made reservations but it wasn’t busy at all. We were able to eat and chat for 3.5 hrs. They didn’t rush us and the seats were comfortable."
"Easy to find the place. It is good to have reservations, if not they will accommodate walk-ins during non-peak hours but the wait times can sometimes be more than expected. Weekdays are pretty relaxed. Ambiance is great, unique decor makes it stand out in the crowd of restaurants, atmosphere is very noisy but acceptable. Staff and service is excellent. Food is good, but someone who’s used to Mediterranean cuisine since childhood might find meat dishes above average. Seafood dishes were really good, I’ll definitely recommend them over regular meat for a new experience. Octopus, Crispy Brussels, htipiti were amazing small plates. Good selection of drinks and desert. Good place for family and friends get-together along with date nights. Will definitely return for more."
"I came here for thanksgiving. The food was very delicious. I enjoyed my dinner there overall. However, the service was really lacking. There didn't seem to be very good communication between all of the people working there or the person bringing out the food. I didn't always know what was being set out or if it was my dish or my husband's. The person bringing stuff out had no idea. That's not that great if one of you is vegetarian. They were very busy but tables were seated in a timely fashion. The wine pairing was very nice"
