"I have had nothing but aggravation since the person doing the billing didn’t fill out the correct paperwork work. They supposedly called my worker’s compensation carrier and said I was approved for 3 days a week for 6 weeks. It wound up they billed wrong and I’m now in collections due to a clerical error. Their answer was to use my Medicare insurance which is illegal. My attorney is now involved handling it. Bottom line is anyone involved in administration needs to be trained better. This has turned into a nightmare due to improper training."
"After having back surgery in 2021and most recently 1 month ago I had knee replacement surgery, I attend Atlantic pt. Their staff is great and hands on. The atmosphere is clean and the beds and machines are wiped clean after each use. From the moment I walk in, I am treated and never have to wait between therapy sessions."
