The Valente Insurance Agency continued to automatically withdraw monthly insurance premium payments for two months after I terminated coverage. The Valente Insurance Agency owes me a refund of $370.20 and refuses to comply. All necessary insurance transfers were completed, but the Valente Agency has refused to give me the payments that they wrongfully paid to themselves."
