"Rite Aid is good for quick trips - it's relatively small, they have a small of a lot of drug store/grocery lines. The staff is very nice & helpful. The last few times I tried to get a prescription at the pharmacy, it wasn't in stock. But it was a pleasure when my father and I walked in to get our updated COVID and Shingles vaccine: minimal wait and very helpful pharmacy staff. A big plus for me is the bathrooms open to the public!"

"Waited on line at drive up window for over 1/2 hour with cars behind us. No one acknowledged we were there but looked over. The pharmacist assistant kept grabbing customers inside while we waited at the window to pick up a prescription that was sent in 8 hours ago and we got a text that it was ready. Not coming back. Don’t deserve any stars."
"I had some questions about a prescription. Not only were my questions answered, Brian went over and beyond by offering to call other pharmacies for me since they wouldn't have the medication for a few days. He was patient and just so courteous. All of the staff are always friendly and helpful. I love this pharmacy. Thank you, Rite Aid!"
"Worst ever, have no idea how they stay in buisness, script was called in twice, but they have no idea. Zero problem solving skills, zero critical thinking capabilities. Now i sit here after surgey with no pain meds or antibiotics. After over 30 yrs of using rite aid on 37 and vaughn and after experiencing how bad the fischer blvd store is ,i will now be a customer of wallgreens. Rite aid is unreliable and customer service attitude is awful. Never again"
