"Did not know my insurance was not active and wasn’t covering my appts. they did not inform me and let me keep making appts, now i am having to pay them hundreds of dollars."

"I had not even gone to my first therapy session, and the facility is trying to charge me the full amount of a session that i could not even attend. I called to reschedule my therapy appointment because I had to stay at work later than expected due to a coworkers personal issue resulting in my coworker having to leave work early. The facility said I need documented proof that I was at work to not be charged. The receptionist was rude and put me in an uncomfortable position asking my manager, to write me a note that I attended work ??? which is absolutely ludicrous. I will not be attending this therapy facility. Unaccommodating and extremely rude."
