"A few things that have always stood out to me about Resolve is the level of knowledge and care they put into each person individually. It is not a one size fits all approach and I love that. Dan's understanding of my issues as well as goals and questions put me on a path to not just healing what was currently wrong but finding out the root causes, incorporating new techniques to try and prevent similar things happening again in the future. Since working with Dan my knee pain has disappeared, I've been able to run and jump again, and train Jiu-Jitsu. I've noticed other positive changes in other strength/form aspects due to the additional work he did to discover some deeper underlying problems I've had and never addressed.
