"This place is very busy! Like, the office was buzzing while people filtered through. But all the staff treated me with smiles and professionalism. I met with Dr. Theodora and I felt seen and heard. She asked me questions and made sure that she got things correct before adding notes into my chart. I didn’t feel rushed, all in all I will be going back. This is my first time there and it was a good experience. The paperwork to start their care does take a full 30 minutes, but this is expected at any healthcare/mental health facility."
