"I cannot possibly articulate how disappointed I am with the quality and service of this flower shop. My son lives in Australia and I have not seen him for a year and a half. He had an exceptionally beautiful arrangement sent to me for Mother's Day, but by Monday, the hydrangea had begun to wilt. By Tuesday, 4 of the 6 roses were completely drooped, as well as the hydrangea, and the mums are on their way out too. When I called the flower shop I was told that they only guarantee flowers for 24 hours as they had no way of telling what I did to them. (I only added fresh water as instructed) I mentioned that my son had to have spent a pretty penny on them and the man on the phone actually asked me if I wanted to know how much they were! Meanwhile, the flowers bought at Acme on Saturday still look perfect! I guess the casinos get the fresh flowers and all others get the old leftovers. If I could give zero stars for quality and professionalism, I would. Do yourself a favor... if you want your flowers to last more than one day, go elsewhere!"

All I said were the colors and my price range and they put together the most beautiful arrangement (see photo attached).
