"12/15 my sister went into family dollar to use some wipes before purchasing after an accident with bird poop. The manager and employees decides to accuse her of stealing and the woman beater aka store manager put his hands on her hit her and dragged her around the floor. What a coward! Do not recommend this store to anyone. GHETTO"

"This morning I had a managerthat said the cashiers was Beneath her and if none of the cashier didn't show up this morning she was going to close the store with a real nasty attitude. I thought that's what managers and supervisor was for. When you're workers didn't show up you work in their place. Why apply for a job that you think everyone else is beneath you. So ugly and so was her attitude. Such a bad experience early in the morning."

"I strongly wish I could leave a good review for this store BUT...I entered the store and I was told that I had to leave my bag at the cash register. I wasn't comfortable leaving my purse/at the front register but the manager told me that it was policy. Although, I didn't see any other customers leaving their purses at the register. So after discussing this with the cashier and the manager, I continued my shopping. The cashier rings up my items and proceeds to tell me that my items are $10.84 more than the correct total. I told her that I don't want the items and summoned the manager over. He cancels her transaction and rings up my items again and informs me of the correct total. I paid for my items and the cashier told me to hurry up and gather my items and get out of her store because she has other customers. I won't ever visit this store again! If you don't have customer service skills, you shouldn't be in a customer service position. Uneducated cashier!!!"

"I can not believe what I just went thru. I was embarrassed by the manager because I went to her line after she was calling people off the line. Stopped at me. She thought I skipped her when I didn't. I'm a dignified and respectful person. I should be treated as such. Didnt bother to listen to me. I left my things behind. And promised I would not go there again. Also let my co workers know what happened. They wont be going there either. The area dictates the treatment and attitude of malice. No thanks."

"This store has really tight isles and sometimes I feel like I can’t move. Some shelves are a mess. Everything is a mess and in a disarray. The floors are dirty. Seems nothing is clean. They only have 1 cashier open all the time so the line is LONG and sometimes it goes down an isle. The speaker system gets annoying constantly the saying “welcome to family dollar......” also all the alcoholics and druggies loitering right outside the store everyday. There’s always like 20+ of them. You’re lucky if they don’t ask you for change or don’t speak to you. I always feel very uncomfortable coming here because of that."
