Dollar Tree

"This particular store is relatively on the smaller size for a DollarTree Store. The grocery and general merchandise selection is normal and they do have a variety of frozen/refridgerated foods (2 coolers) However, it is in need of serious improvement. The 4 times I have visited here, the store has been a total mess. The floor looks like it has never been mopped or cleaned since the day it opened. Products opened by customers' having the need to sample (or steal?), packages strown across the shelves, items just stacked into abandoned baskets and carts around the store. I blame bad management.... which I can also blame on poor customer service and check out. I've never seen any employees on the floor restocking or straightening up the place. On two of my visits, there has been only one register open with the line stretched down the aisles and no bags to carry merchandise out of the store. The last time I was there one woman was picking the designs for 15 balloons, having them all filled and tied. Again the checkout girl was seemingly the only one working in the store and had to take care of the customer getting the balloons. People in line were cursing and yelling "how about a little help for this checkout girl". But no one came out of the management office or stockroom to offer any help. Running out of time, I too added to the growing number of abandoned baskets left in the store."

"I usually love dollar tree but this outlet is horrible, I went here to get some snacks and then this black girl is replenishing, put her cart and boxes and blocked the whole area, I tried to to push her cart a little bit so I can get my favorite honey bun she said i can't get in there, very rude and she gave me my husband and me a rude look, I am an immigrant here, in the Philippines the customer is always right, why not here in America.it doesn't cost a penny to be nice a person. If I can give 0 star I would."
