Always willing to answer insurance and appointment questions with the best of smiles. Then you have the awesome Mackenzy who is always amazing, professional, and kind. I have never experienced Mackenzy in a bad mood which as humans, we are all entitled to have those days. She always keeps her appointments running on time, and I never found myself waiting in the waiting area. Always prompt service. Now we have Chris who I had my initial consult with. Extremely professional and knows his stuff. Always very polite, kind, and patient. He never rushes any responses and is always willing to spend the time to educate. He is also very personable and one heck of a therapist. There is also Jessica whom I more recently worked with. She is more than kind, professional, and very personable.
