"My initial expectations were very high based on reviews I had seen of this place, however over the course of the past 2 weeks and experience trying to get an appointment here have left me beyond unsatisfied and unsure how a place like this is even still in business. One thing I will note is the staff was very friendly as noted by other reviewers, however when it comes to serious time sensitive medical procedures that need to be completed, being nice doesn’t cut it, especially in the face of utter disregard for patient health. I’ve spent the past 2 weeks trying to get 3 MRIs scheduled. My usually radiology place couldn’t get me in for over a month and I needed it done much sooner. I decided to give this place a shot as it had by far the best reviews, and upon my initial call I was very pleased with how courteous the person over the phone was. They told me how they needed to contact my insurance for approval and they would get back to me later. I actually did receive a call later that day from them to let me know they were having some kind of issue and would contact me tomorrow. Ok sounds good. Tomorrow came and went, no call. The next day I give them a call, wondering the status of my approvals. They’re once again having issues and will call me back later that day. Once again, no call. I have been promised a callback 6 different times over the past 2 weeks and only received one the first day, so if you do decide to go with them at least make sure YOU call them back before closing because they will take as much time as possible to get back to you. Today was my final straw, having been told yesterday I would get a callback and not receiving one I called and spoke to someone I hadn’t before. They were very polite, however when I gave them my name and information to my surprise there was nothing about me setup in the system. Once again I was told I would be contacted later today. It is now 11pm, I’m in severe pain with no clue when I’ll be able to even get imaging done, and I’ve just about completely lost hope in the American healthcare system. EDIT: Finally received a callback! However it was in regards to my review and not how mishandled my procedure was. Woman on the phone even had the nerve to tell me I should have left the review for my doctor as it was their fault. My doctor has gotten back to me every step of the way and the fact that they’d try to shift blame to him has just left such a horrid taste in my mouth. I’m assuming the reason their reviews are all 5 star is because the office prioritizes their image over patient health. Truly unfathomable “service”"
