"They are bitting more than they can chew the service is not good first my wife lasted a year trying to get an estimate for Invisalign never got it they always said they would get back to us but it never happened. Today I took my sons in for cleaning. They said that one of my kids had a cavity but they couldn’t do anything about it so I decided to go to another dentist that does pediatric Dentistry in Howell They took x-rays of my kids mouth He had three cavities, not one like encore stated So we decided to switch dentist I would not recommend this dentist to anyone concentrate on the And not take the time to do correct service. they are only good for cleaning other than that nothing else in the new phone service they have, which is automated just garbage. They don’t get back to you till probably one or two days later when it’s too late. They love to apologize but do not fix the problem encore dental empty apologies does not mean anything. It’s just a slap in the face and it’s not a feeling it’s a fact you’re only good for one thing and that’s cleaning."

"My experience here at Encore Dental this second time was just like the first great, everyone here is professional and polite. I really loved the dental hygenist when I first came here she was so sweet I loved talking to her and she made me feel very comfortable an at ease, since it had been a while I haven't visit a dentist. My experience with Michael Girgis was also great he takes time with his patient I didn't feel like I was at an assembly line, like I felt with the last dentist I visited. God bless you and the staff! The dental assistant was so kind, taking the time to calm my nerves as I don’t like getting xrays done, and just overall being so incredibly kind. My cleaning, done by Allie was also a great experience; she took her time and gave me great, genuine advice for my cleaning habits. Dr. K, as always was so nice!"

"Was reluctant to switch dentists after years with our family one. Now I'm wishing we'd made the switch years ago! Encore Staff is friendly, efficient & thorough. You'll have 3 people to see while there. An xray technician, dental hygienist & then your appointed dentist. An in house oral surgeon is also available, by appointment. Like I said thorough! Immediately transitioned to next team member. Loved how our dentist double checked with the hygienist's findings. They consult very well together & document course of action. Receptionist had already given us what insurance would pay & my responsibility at checkout. Couldn't ask for a better experience."
