"I can’t say enough good things about Holmdel Physical Therapy. From the first time I called to see if they specialized with runners, I felt at ease talking to Bridget on the phone. When I went for my first session Dr. Matt made me feel calm after telling me that we would get my shin splints under control in no time. Prior to Holmdel Physical Therapy, I was seeing another physical therapist for months who told me to take some time off which didn’t help. She could not figure out the problem and told me to get a second opinion. After going and being treated by Dr. Matt for a couple of weeks, my shins felt ten times better. Since I was marathon training and upping my mileage I continued to go to physical therapy where Jessie, their amazing student, helped to treat me. She knows exactly how to help me recover and because of her and the other individuals at Holmdel Physical Therapy, not only did she get me to that NYC marathon start line without any injuries but I crossed that finish line as a stronger individual.
