"Atlantic Health is a huge scam, absolutely do not get any testing or services here. Had to get a ECOG test for my ear which was near impossible to schedule through their scheduling service, on my 10th call to them finally was able to find my prescription and schedule the representative told me my co pay would be 100 dollars for my service no need to double check, which checks out- my diagnostic test co pay is 100 dollars. A month later i get a bill for 1k dollars for this same test. When i call to dispute the operator tells me tough luck, you have no proof anyone ever told you that and theyre not sure why because- heres the best part- every service is billed as AN OUTPATIENT HOSPITAL SERVICE FOR ALL ATLANTIC HEALTH SYSTEMS. what an absolute joke and disgrace scamming sick people who desperately need answers from tests that ONLY atlantic offers in the area, having them wait months for their appointment and then billing them 10x what they should as an emergency hospital charge. No supervisors to speak to or payment plans either. Shame on you Atlantic Health."
