Rosa redirected the conversation by asking, 'How much do you pay now?' rather than providing the necessary information. The interaction conveyed a sense of haste and a lack of interest in thoroughly reviewing available plans. Moreover, the suggestion to simply 'go online and apply' felt dismissive and unhelpful. Regrettably, the overall experience has left me dissatisfied and without the assistance I sought."
