"When, placing an order last week, I was told the fruit was not fresh, and that my order would arrive on the next day. For the amount of money spent, the fruit should always be fresh! I was very disappointed. Fast forward to just now today, 2 PM on Tuesday, January 2, and I stood in the lobby of the store for 20 minutes with nobody to come to the front desk. As a business owner, this would not sit well with me! You’ve definitely lost my business."

"2nd UPDATE!! A Google review is NOT HARASSMENT! Only harassment has been conducted by Brianna! I also paid for the order therefore I am a customer! This review is not over “one bad grape”, also, look at all the horrible reviews that BRIANNA responds too! Proof is in the pudding! Awful business practices! I wonder if the “owner” Stephanie is aware of this yet? Corporate will contact! UPDATE: Corporate has all the information needed! BRIANNA has threatened to call the police if our review is not taken down! Good luck with that! Good luck with this awful location! Google has also been notified of the harassment by BRIANNA! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We ordered for a funeral, the arrangement was awful, rotten fruit, holes and space everywhere! Sam and manager Bre we’re just as awful! Surprised these two have a job with their awful customer service skills! Bre stated as an option that we bring the arrangement back ourselves and give the funeral recipients nothing! "my aunt ordered from here. it was awful. the fruit was soggy like it had been sitting out in a hot car for two weeks. the chocolate the strawberries were dipped in was dry and had that weird white coating on it. when she called to talk to someone they were super rude to her. super super disappointed. also pretty pricy lol."

"When I think of what makes me happy, it usually always comes back to something food related. This place always has amazing fresh fruit and great tasting chocolate, but by far my favorite is the cheesecake bites. The staff are always friendly in my experience and very accommodating to special requests regarding orders AND delivery. I'd always recommend Edible Arrangements if you're looking for quality treats/desserts for a special occasion or just because!"

I picked it up, and her smile greeted me with the most decadent box of dipped deliciousness. She really went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Lol thanks again great employee."
