"Awful customer service! I brought a Hisense glass cooktop range stove on December 23rd 2023 and they delivered it on January 2nd. On January 15th the glass cook top broke and I called Lowe’s 2 days straight with no help at all. I have a protection plan, they came up with excuses that they couldn’t find my account on their end and I had to wait. I cannot wait, my 30 days of return are almost ending and they cant help me at all. Their customer service is awful, I’m not sure if their agents aren’t trained well enough but they ask for all my order information and it ends with no solution. I keep being transferred but no help at all. They all say the same thing, where do I call to get the right help?!"

"The place homeowners should go. The parking lot never has contractors shopping go to the competition and all you see is Contractors all day long. It's always a last resort stop for me. No bags and never friendly if your lucky to find a employee to help. Don't rely on my review just go and experience yourself. It may be good or ???"

"They are better than HD by far I believe. They offer a military discount on all products not just a select number like HD does. Employees are pleasant and know there products and the store. It’s always a pleasant visit."
