"The therapist I met with was extremely unhelpful and condescending, it was very difficult to close my file with them, and they hounded me about charges for payments that 1) they did not charge until literally five months after I stopped going to the practice and 2) I had called and emailed about three separate times to rectify and had been assured were processed."

Spoke to manager who tried to rectify situation but after rescheduling for 3rd time and not hearing from therapist to start the call I contacted manager again but she wouldn’t even come to the phone. They are disorganized, inefficient and put you on hold forever!! Ridiculous. They clearly don’t know how to run a business."
