I’ve been speaking with her for over a year and looking back over that time, I know that I’ve made much more progress than I would have otherwise. Truth be told, without her I know that I would have regressed. She creates a space without any judgement where she offers a rational and healthier perspective on whatever my concerns may be and provides tools that help navigate real-world scenarios. Her approach to therapy provokes thoughts in a sensible and realistic way. Every session I’ve had has been done remotely and every interaction I’ve had with their staff has been either over the phone or via email. Their front office is always attentive and thanks to technology, any communication is seamless."

"They had me end service with my old thearpist before allowing me to schedule an appointment after an initial consultation. In the time it took me to do that, they booked my thearpist full. They made no attempt to squeeze me in. The thearpist also never called lime she was supposed to. I was left without a thearpist which I need for mental illness."

"The therapist is great but you can't get anyone live on the phone before 11am. And it says there hours are 9am-9am."
