"Central Therapy is wonderful! It’s very hands-on with almost no machines. You’re met with a smile from Lana or Londa. Chris, Fatima, and Jacob are ready to help you in the gym where you can go 6 days a week for daily exercises. The one to one therapist I spend the most time with is the incredible Julia. I also get to see Fiqaar and the owner, Irina, both of whom are fabulous therapists, as well. The 3 of them make a great team."

She provides such thorough evaluations and explanations of everything so you can understand what is going on and what needs to be done. She also make sure that she sees you at least once a month to make sure your treatment progress is going properly. I don’t know what I would do without one of the physical therapists, Julia. She truly is a lifesaver!!! I’ve had so many problems various parts of my body, including my shoulder, my elbow, my wrist, my knee, and my neck and she is able to bring movement, increase my range of motion, and free me from pain!
