Once you set up an account with them all you need to do is give them a call and they will look you up through your phone number. There are perks to making an account with them because at the beginning of the year they send you a FREE calendar or magnet as a thank you from them. You can always come and pick up your arrangement or have it delivered. They do offer same-day delivery based on the time and distance you call to place the order. The flowers are expensive, but the quality is very good and long-lasting, so I do not mind. They do all special occasions like birthday parties and weddings, but you do have to call an make an appointment. They also do make custom pieces, but you have to order them with time. I highly suggest coming in the afternoon because in the morning they are busy loading up the drivers. The staff also speaks Spanish, so do not be afraid to stop by.
