A Brooklyn Florist

"They deserve no stars. I am still on hold going on 30 minutes about flowers I ordered yesterday and were told they would be delivered yesterday. I was also told the floral designer would send me a picture of the final flowers before delivering them. Trust me when I tell you I am also reaching out to Teleflora to let them know what kind of business this is and do they really want them representing their brand. AVOID THESE SHAMERS AT ALL COST. UPDATE: I did speak with representatives at Teleflora to warn them. The flowers were never delivered had to use another florist that did an excellent job. Give BLOSSOM FLOWER SHOP a try in Brooklyn! I was charged by them in full which I am refuting with my bank. AGAIN AVOID THESE SHAMERS AT ALL COST!!"

"Literally a scammer. I booked v-day flowers in mid Jan. They charged me in full, no flowers ever showed up, no notice/explanation was given and no one's answering the phone. AVOID"

"Very disappointed. One star only because I had too... First off, just a heads up that this florist goes by many different names: New Rochelle Florist, Flowers By Sutton, A Brooklyn Florist I ordered a holiday wreath for a family member in Brooklyn and I should have done my homework... When I saw what the recipient received I was disappointed. I reached out to discuss with the florist. They had me go through hoops by calling teleflora and after multiple attempts there was no order on teleflora's end. As soon as the florist realized I was unhappy, my number was blocked and I was unable to reach them. Using a different number, I finally got someone on the phone and they instructed for me to email them. No response or rectified order. I wasn't looking for a refund, but just wanted something done to make it right as what I ordered was nowhere close to the quality of what was delivered."
