"If you place your order in ample time (8 days) before the delivery date and need to have the delivery made by a certain requested time that is promised by the florist, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! When I called the florist more than 4 hours AFTER the flowers should have been delivered and asked to speak to the manager, the two people I spoke to on the phone said "they didn't have that information!" They would not give me his/her name. I felt the manager would want to know about the incompetence of the staff."
"Just walked by this spot the other day and HAD to get a bouquet bc oh my gosh, they were the most gorgeous bouquets I’ve seen in the neighborhood. I normally go to a fancy flower shop on Montague when I want something nice in the house - but now that I know about this spot I won’t be going anywhere else. They’re too good!
