"Adam is awesome. I've been a competitive runner for the past 15 years and for the last 3-4 years had been slowed by nagging pain in my left leg to the point where I was not able to run at all when I first came in. Prior to seeing Adam I had been to several doctors and therapists for treatment but the symptoms kept coming back. Now after seeing Adam I am back running and feeling like my old self! Right away I felt comfortable with Adam and trusted everything he was telling me. It was the first time I actually left a doctor's office and felt like I was on the right path. He explained to me how what I was feeling was a mechanical issue and that it was causing me to overwork certain areas. Each visit he gave me new exercises to help correct my mechanics while thoroughly explaining the benefit and why we were doing each exercise. After a few visits I was able to start running again and as time went on I kept feeling better and better which allowed me to gradually increase my mileage, to the point where now I am just about back to my peak mileage.
