"Jasmine called to give the results of my test. She was aggressive, rude and broke half a dozen HIPAA laws While the techs are lovely the rest of the staff should be in a less client facing role. Having someone so insensitive, rude, and difficult giving out sensitive info is an atrocity. My info was sent to doctors that I am not affiliated with nor gave permissions. That too is a HIPAA violation. Consents need to be signed every year. Let alone to random doctors clients dont know! HIPAA Does not prevent you from giving out medical info to clients. (further- addressing me on a public platform directly is actually a HIPAA violation. please educate yourself since you are harming people) I urge you to brush up on your medical compliance"
"I had no insurance and was going through a lawyer for my injury. Charged me 7K for 3 MRIs! They should have told me to pay up front and it was only $1.500 total. How do you charge someone that much money cause you know it’s a personal injury suit! Scam!!!"
"Worst place i have ever been un professional and clueless staff. It takes 2 to 3 days to get the CT reports where every where else its done the same day. Uncaring radiologist even though he knows these scans are important for life threatening diseases. Wont go there ever again."
"Extremely irresponsible and uninformed staff. I scheduled an appointment and gave them all my information regarding insurance and all. At that time they didn't run the insurance and when I got there they told me I need pre-authorization. It was a time sensitive ultrasound with requirements of drinking alot of water beforehand. Please avoid this place or ask them repeatedly about insurance authorization at the time of scheduling otherwise they will just feign ignorance."
"I have been using Radiology Center of Harding for a few years and always have good experiences. From the welcoming waiting room, to the pleasant and competent staff and their reminders of annual screening. Must also mention the bookmarks as I’m an avid reader. I arrived one day early for my mammogram this year and rather than turning me away they rearrange their schedules to accommodate me that day. I know I said thank you but I will say it again. Thank you to the staff."
