The insurance company is not at all reliable. If you read the 5 Star reviews, they are clearly written by employees. Avoid Crum & Forster at all costs."

"They are also known as ASPCA Pet Insurance. Don't waste your money. They will not reimburse for ER rates even though our dog had life threatening injuries and would have never survived. So much for having insurance!"

"I would give 0 if possible. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service. No one ever seems to know what they are doing. You will always have to fight to get them to cover anything and get a different answer from every person you speak with. Save yourself some headaches."
