"This was a wire order placed on Thursday May 20 2021 for a 10:00 am delivery . I ordered a Standing Spray for my dear cousin from all of her cousins. The viewing was from 10AM, Funeral started at 11 am. One of my cousins called me and told me the flowers were not there!!!!! I called my florist and she told me she would check on it. Low and behold it wssafter 11am and the were on the truck. Unprofessional and no excuse for the flowers not to be delivered in time!!!! I will NEVERRRR use this Ny florist again!"
