"Order #DRB2173892 was placed on May 08, 2023 09:08PM and is currently Unfulfilled. I'm sadden to write this bad review. If I could give 0 stars I would because of the inability to get in ctc w/ someone regarding my order or a refund.I ordered the nine carat rose box in dark purple for my mom to be delivered on Mother's Day. Unfortunately DRB emailed me and advised that they were out of the dark purple nine carat rose boxes. I was offered a different option via email. I responded to the email that was sent to me from Jasmine and selected a different option. My mom has not received the roses nor have I been given a refund for the unfulfilled order. The number that is associated the website is not a good number to try to get in touch w/someone. I have tried chatting w/them online and have not gotten a response."

I made an order on the 11th of February and it’s been 2 weeks I’ve tried to reach out to this place to get any updates as to where my package is. I have no tracking info or reply back.. very disappointed will not be ordering again. If you’re international like me don’t bother!"

"I bought the velvet rose box for my sisters birthday and she was blown away at how beautiful the arrangement was. She was thoroughly impressed and the arrangement is stunning!! She has had the arrangement for 1.5 years now and they are still in pristine condition. Diamond Rose Box team was so helpful with my purchase.
