I was asking very standard questions about the plants, prices and advices for vase selection for them, and somehow she managed to attack back with every question I asked. Not to mention additionally unnecessary comments as I walked out…..Seriously, nobody needs to deal with that attitude on New Year’s Day. There are so many florists in the area, I managed to get what I needed in another shop just a block away for lower price too:)"

"The service at this store was exceptionally poor! She was very impatient with me during the whole process of buying my flowers. And the prices are very expensive. The service is so bad that you never want to set foot in this store again!"

"Terrible place, avoid. I bought a plant here for the first time and it immediately started to die. A few leafs came off day after day, and I have about 20 plants with self-watering irrigation so I was so clueless why it was dying as I installed a self-watering system to this plant. I brought it back to the place and asked for a replacement as a first-time customer, they utterly refused. Other places will have better customer service. Plus when I came back, it looked like the same plants there were dying too!"

"I was looking for a colorful succulent and decided on the Sunrise. They looked a little withered and I was concerned about them dying. I looked at the leaves and they fell. The owner told me not to touch and be careful. I should have saw the falling leaf as a warning sign. I have 1 leaf left and all the other ones have fallen. I have several other succulents that I've managed to take good care of but this one didn't have a chance. Never coming here again."
