"What a disappointment :( I trusted to place a $400 order by phone and I got basically what i could get a s supermarket. Since the order was placed by phone, i asked for a picture to approve the ‘arrangement’ before delivery. Picture was received after the delivery. Too late. I usually order online from FTD or 1800 flowers and the one time I suggest to go straight to the local flower shop was a total flop."
