"I was very disappointed in coming back to this place. I had a nice meal and good time before, and so decided to bring some family and friends. We decided to pop in after having some drinks in the area. We get here at 10pm, and we’re kicked out by a rude server. Closing time is 12am on Friday. I don’t understand the inconsistency. Highly disappointed."

"Everything about this place is excellent! Food, atmosphere and particularly the staff - the owner is so warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back! Shared the ham & cheese platter to start, followed by the poulet basquais & grilled octopus and the chocolate mousse to finish. Cocktails were also excellent - one of the best espresso martinis we’ve had and perfect kir royale. This is also the only place I’ve been able to find white burgundy wine in nyc so that was a real treat. Thank you so much!"

"The owner/manager was great! He was patient and highly accommodating. He offered great suggestion on the menu and the food was excellent. I ate the bouchee a la reine (chicken) it was sumptous! One of my friends ordered canard a l'orange (duck), which tasted incredibly delicious! Great wine selection, desserts were amazing - creme brulee and chocolate cake. I absolutely love this place!"

"Idyllic French bistro nestled on a quiet street near the heart of the Village! Lena serves up a variety of French classics paired with delicious wines. The staff was excellent! Buzzy ambiance on a Friday night. Excellent for dates or small to medium groups. Menu highlights: - the Puff Pastry chicken (OMG) - classic French style escargot still in the shell - the charcuterie board - loved me the goat cheese and jalapeño flatbread Overall a very good dinner at a reasonable price. Highlight recommend."
