"The office staff will blame the patient for their inadequacy. Tried making a routine exam appointment which there wasn’t anything available. While looking at my chart they realized I had an outstanding balance. I never received any notification or bills prior to the phone conversation They then the very next day harassed both me and my husband about the bill. We set up a payment plan right away. Guess what- just got another bill in the mail! Oh and yes- never got an appointment"

"I just delivered my 3rd baby with Tru OB/GYN and I had a wonderful experience with each one. The office staff members are all so friendly & helpful. I have a very hard time giving blood, and Anna, the in-office Labcorp tech, is extremely caring & patient. She took her time with each blood test so I would only have to get pricked once. Sheva, the midwife who delivered this baby, was truly calm and reassuring during the entire delivery, helping me have as easy a time as possible."

I usually have so many worries about getting my bloodwork drawn because it’s so hard to find a vein. But I never have to worry because Ana gets it on the first and only try, every time!
