"I work for a dealership as a receptionist and when one of your agents called, they were very rude. I tried to help them out to even call them when the customer they called for got here, but he seemed so done with the situation that he just said his goodbye. For an insurance company trying to put paperwork together for a customer that hasn't even bought a car, that was the rudest person I ever dealt with from a company like this. He didn't even try to understand the situation, he simply wanted an answer that I myself did not have because the customer didn't buy the car yet, did not walk in, or even in the system of the dealership. If I could give 0 stars, I would."
