"Doctors and nurses are nice, but office staff has a LOT to learn. They should take notes from Brick or Madison, which run efficiently and with the patients in mind. How can you not answer the phones for 4 days straight???? I hung up after being on hold for 50 minutes, tried every other extension, tried again the next day and the next... Sorry if you have heavy volume-- if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. Madison has 10x the volume and there's always someone helpful and knowledgeable there to take your call, call you back, etc. This is ridiculous!"
"Never have sick visits available. When you call to get a well visit, you have to wait over a month. Why keep accepting new patients if you can't handle the ones you already have?"
