"First off this OBGYN is so close to my house, which is a major plus! Second , I absolutely LOVE Dr Celestine, she is absolutely an amazing doctor, she always has a smile on her face , always laughing and overall makes me feel super comfortable! I’m so grateful and blessed to have a doctor as wonderful as her for my pregnancy! She definitely is a sweetheart! I highly recommend her! Keep up the AWESOME work Dr Celestine! I have to say the staff are AMAZING too!!! The nurse that always takes me in the back, she is such a sweetheart, always makes me laugh, always happy and smiling! I’m so grateful and blessed that I have found this obgyn! The front desk staff are super nice and super sweet! This place is absolutely amazing and you girls keep up the amazing work! I appreciate you more than you all know! Thank you for all that you do!"

"I waited a month for my appointment.. my appointment was for 2:00 pm and I arrived at 1:30 just so I could fill out the paperwork (and I told the receptionist my reason for arriving so early & I felt as though it was an issue with me coming early). Then the MA comes out asking me if I want to reschedule my appointment because the Dr just got out of surgery. Save your time and go somewhere else. -Ashley"

"Very unprofessional. They cancelled my first appointment an hour beforehand when I made it over a week in advance. I rescheduled to today which was not easy for both me and my partner to rearrange a weekday AGAIN. I showed up and the incredibly rude receptionist would not accept my health insurance card, when I had checked over the phone with another receptionist previously and she had stated it would be accepted. This current receptionist was incredibly rude, dismissive, talked over me when I would ask questions to find a solution. I’m 10 weeks pregnant and have had issues in the past and was desperately looking forward to this appointment to ease any concerns I may have. When I suggested I can call my insurance provider for her, and see if we could rectify any issues she stated “ she didn’t have enough time to wait for that and she would go ahead and just cancel my appointment” I was currently 20 mins early! My appointment wasn’t until 9:15 am and this happened around 8:50 am. I have never been so disrespected at a doctors office in my life. I should have found another doctor after the last minute cancellation on Monday but I gave the benefit of the doubt when I shouldn’t have. Pregnant women please don’t go here."

"I moved to EW in early spring & found Dr Celestine after finding out I was pregnant & she has not disappointed! Her staff is so friendly ! As for doc, she’s so personable, has amazing bedside manner & makes sure she addresses all my concerns with me before I leave her office. She’s also kept me very educated on everything going on in my pregnancy & assure me of what to be & not to be worried about. Thank you so much Dr. Celestine & your awesome staff!"

"Honestly I was surprised to see the reviews of Dr. Celestine on here. She is a fantastic gynecologist. She has always been helpful and considerate in a professional manner towards any concerns I've had regarding my health. I had a problem with my insurance regarding a prescription that needed to be refilled and her and her staff were able to get it approved and filled at the pharmacy within a DAY. She is an intelligent, informative individual yet when she explains certain aspects about my health she uses 'layman's terms' to help me also understand. Additionally, I have never had difficulty scheduling an appointment."
