"lynda surck was unbelievably disrespectful. didn’t give me a chance to speak at all. she didn’t even introduce herself when she came in she just walked in and started the exam. she didn’t answer any of my questions and it seemed she was in a big rush to get out. not sure what was so important that she had to do during my appointment time. i think she spent approximately 2 minutes in the room with me before rushing out to leave. very disrespectful. i had multiple important questions that she simply did not answer. she is truly awful and her bedside manner is nonexistent. do not come here if you want to be treated well and with respect. she clearly doesn’t care about her patients."

"Horrible patient service. Turned my cousin away from returning to their practice after she transferred during her first pregnancy due to another GYN being closer to her job. The staff are rude and racist!!!! Do not go there if you want to knotch treatment. Meredith who is their supervisor should be fired. She has no heart and no empathy for expecting mothers. I recommend Dr. Teawai in New York City. She’s amazing and the most caring OB."

"My experience with this service provider has been negatively impacted by persistent harassment and threats of legal action, detracting from the primary purpose of my visit – an insurance-covered annual checkup. Their emphasis on financial matters appears to overshadow patient care and genuine concerns, even when insurance is in play. This marked my third visit to their services due to limited alternatives, and disappointingly, Surck's bedside manner was even worse than before. My specific concerns, especially as a perimenopausal woman, were disregarded, with more attention given by the x-ray technician than the physician – a worrisome scenario. Given these circumstances, I strongly recommend steering clear of this service provider."

I have been chasing my urine culture results from November 8!!! This isn’t even the first time it’s been like this. Good luck getting any follow-up or follow through. I will be leaving this place.
