"Dr. Li is a pleasant, communicative, and thorough practitioner. Yes, there is often a lengthy wait time, likely due to overbooking, but in my opinion, this speaks to the quality of her care (she also accepts a wide range of insurances). She is patient and makes a consistent effort to explain her procedures and observations. If you have the time to set aside on a weekend, I highly recommend seeing her."

"Doctor Liis ok- attentive and does the follow up but quest lab which is downstairs and when they bill you you will be surprised. I have a good insurance and I was still billed nearly $400. When I called the office they said quest would call me back but there was no follow up. Same applies to dr Edward Chan"

"I had an appointment on 11:45am but when I got there the receptionist said that Dr Li is running late- she is at the hospital and won’t be there until 1pm, and there is a male doctor available. Since I was already there, there wasn’t anywhere else to go unfortunately so I agreed. Not sure why they could not notify patients beforehand if the doctor wasn’t available. I went in for my vitals (...only blood pressure) at around 12:30pm and the nurse mentioned that even the male doctor wasn’t there yet!! It then transpired that no doctor was available until 1:30pm. At that time they called me and two others into exam rooms. Apparently at 1:49pm Dr Li just arrived and started with the other two patients before me. I was not seen until 2:25pm. Dr Li herself was fine but this practice has to do something about the scheduling and misleading patients. Do not waste your time here."

"The absolutely worst place. They have no consideration for appointment times, wait time is ridiculous! Go to any other GYN available in the universe before going to this office."
