"I didn’t get the pleasure to meet with Dr. Holgado but I’ve heard he is amazing. His receptionist however really made my experience dreadful. I have a very bad experience with doctors offices in general and suffer from really bad anxiety when visiting. I made an appointment, over the phone for today at 3pm as a new patient. The middle aged woman at the front with the short black hair was so rude to me. She was saying I didn’t make an appointment and that my name wasn’t even in the system. She proceeded to tell me to “call my mom” to make sure I made the appointment. I am 26 years old, I’m not really sure why she said that. The whole experience from start to finish made me not even want to be there and I stormed out crying because it seemed like she just did not want to be bothered and was ready to go home. I am very disappointed as I was excited to see the doctor after hearing from family and friends who have gone to him for years that he is an amazing doctor. Very unfortunate. I know they are closing soon because he is retired but I know she sees this message and acknowledges that she was extremely rude and dismissive towards me for no reason and try’s to be more sympathetic with future patients."

"I’ve been a patient for over a decade. Dr.Holgado delivered my 1st bundle of joy in 2013. Just sad he wasn’t able to deliver my second. I’ve never had a issue Ever. Best OBGYN around"

"THIS IS A HORRIBLE PRACTICE. I have been in contact with them from months with no response. I was “charged” and billed incorrectly for over 100+ tests I did not authorize. I was given the name of their contact with Labcorp Andrea, and have at this point been ignored. I have physically gone in to have the issue resolved and not only were the ladies in the front ridiculously rude, but they seemed to be incompetent as they do not know who does the coding and billing (EVEN THOUGH THEY STATED IT’S DONE IN OFFICE). Furthermore I’ve been given the run around of different names for “managers” who seem to have no idea how to fix the solution, and at this point am fed up! DO NOT GO HERE! I am not the only one being charged look down at other reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND BELIEVE THAT HE IS SCAMMING PATIENTS writing illegal the wrong code during billing to collect more money."

"There are no words to explain how Dr. Holgado has saved my life and health. As a result of his extensive bloodwork and throughout visits he was able to tailor supplements and lifestyle changes to give me a much better quality of life. All of the ailments I was feeling I thought was from being a mother of toddlers but he made connections from my symptoms to specific illnesses and it was like a lightbulb went off! As a result I’m now able to pinpoint exactly when I’m starting to feel off and what I need to do. He is so much more than a gyno which makes sense given his functional medicine background. I am forever thankful for his insight and knowledge. I switched to him from another OB/GYN while pregnant with my daughter. He delivered my daughter and when I found out I was pregnancy with my son I cried so hard knowing Dr. Holgado was no longer delivering babies and wouldn’t be able to be my doctor again. I agree with others the front desk can be rude and is not nearly as communicative as needed. They also contradict each other often. But I love Dr. Holgado and will continue to come back for him."
